Return Policy


All items sold on coolwheel.my are covered by 7 days return for:

  1. Quality - Defect
  2. Quality - Damaged
  3. Delivery - Wrong product

 

7 Days Return versus Warranty

7 days return is start from the date of product arrival. If the return action is later than 7 days, the product is not eligible for 7 days return, perhaps, it is covered by warranty. Please refer to the warranty section here.


The return procedure:

  1. Fill in the return form here
  2. Wait for review, normally within 24 hours
  3. Send the product to Malaysia office (address here)
  4. We will proceed replacement or refund after reviewing the return product


The acceptance condition:

  1. The return product must in new, unused, and unalter condition
  2. Free from scratches
  3. Full packaging with all parts and gifts

If the return product does not meet the above conditions, it will not eligible as 7 days return, but it will be covered by warranty.

The return shipping cost to Malaysia office is to be bear by the customer except the customer from Malaysia.

Customer is required to ensure the safe delivery of the return product.


Warranty

CoolWheel is come 1 year warranty, started from the purchase date as in the invoice.


Warranty cover only the motor, circuit board, and battery failure at normal usage. It only cover the failure due to the manufacturer defect. It doesn't cover (not limited to):

  1. Frame breakdown due to improper use, smash, overload, or accident.
  2. Water damage
  3. Cosmetic defect
  4. User induced damage


The return procedure:

  1. Fill in the return form here
  2. Wait for review, normally within 24 hours
  3. Send the product to Malaysia office (address here)
  4. We will inspect the machine and proceed for repair or replacement if it is eligible for warranty


In the case that the product is not eligible for warranty, we will get back to you and decide for the next step. If the product is repairable, we can repair it with a fee. If it cannot be fixed, we will get it ship back to you.
